How to use
- Stick your tongue out as far as comfortable
- Place the scraper as far back as feels comfortable
- Pull forward with light, even pressure
- Rinse the scraper under running water after each stroke
- Repeat 3–4 times until the tongue looks clean
- Rinse your mouth and wash the scraper
