How to use

1. Stick your tongue out as far as comfortable
2. Place the scraper as far back as feels comfortable
3. Pull forward with light, even pressure
4. Rinse the scraper under running water after each stroke
5. Repeat 3–4 times until the tongue looks clean
6. Rinse your mouth and wash the scraper
